Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we will ensure a smooth and transparent return process.
Return conditions
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. We accept returns for both unopened and opened (tested) products, because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new routine.
The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense. We have chosen this approach from a sustainability perspective, as returned products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return?
Send an email to our team at info@glowthskincare.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive the return address and the necessary instructions from us.
Refund process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? Please contact us immediately at info@glowthskincare.com and attach a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement product or process a full refund as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Products purchased as part of a specific promotion or bundle may be subject to alternative return terms.
